Ask us anything

Found a citation that does not trace to the source? Have a regulatory question the rule does not resolve? Tell us. We read every submission.

What you can submit

  • Corrections. A claim in one of our articles that contradicts a primary source. Include the article URL and the rule citation. Examples: a CFR subsection that does not exist, a vendor statistic not in the cited report, a CC reference at the wrong subsection.
  • Open questions. A regulatory question where the controlling rule does not resolve. We aggregate genuine ambiguities into the Open Questions log and file guidance requests with the responsible authority when the question warrants one.
  • Other. Article suggestions, broken links, stale references, anything else relevant to the integrity of the library.

What happens after you submit

  1. We acknowledge your submission within 5 business days.
  2. If your submission is a correction, we verify it against the primary source you cited (or against the source on our side if you did not include one).
  3. If verified, we post the correction to the public Corrections log within 14 days of verification and credit you with permission.
  4. If your submission identifies a genuine regulatory ambiguity, we add it to the Open Questions log and consider whether the question warrants a formal guidance-request filing with the responsible authority.
